I recently upgraded to Captivate 5.5 primarily because there are more options to publish my projects. I was able to publish to youtube easily for the first couple of weeks, however recently it is given me an error that my log in information is incorrect. I can log in to youtube just fine through a browser but cannot with the same username and password through Captivate.
Any ideas on why this is happening?

Thanks for the reply. I haven't tried on another computer, but I only have Captivate installed on one computer. Is it possible to install on a different computer while keeping Captivate installed on mine?

I installed a trial version on a different computer and got the same error.
I also tried a different login (my personal and not work) and I am still getting the same error that the username and password are incorrect. -

Hi Priyank,
I tried copy and pasting the slides into a blank project and I'm still having the same issue. This doesn't seem to be isolated to one project. I have 50+ projects that I am trying to upload to youtube and have tried multiple projects with the same results.

Is there any irregular character in the name or password string? eg %$(? esp. any umlauts or other non standard English characters?

Well Aaw, we definitely need to escalate this to support. Can you send an email to wish-captivate (at) macromedia (dot) com? Reference this thread. It will automatically cc me in and get you straight to engineering so we can expedite the resolution. (you sending it will also give us a way to email you etc.) Then we can come back to the thread to share our results with community.

Any chance that you are on a corporate network or behind a proxy server?
Youtube publishing from Captivate does not work at all from any of our 20 Captivate licenses on our network and that is due to our network setup and proxy servers.

Upon investigation we found out that Google has 2 step-verification in the gmail account and that might be causing the issue. Can you try enabling it and see if it helps?
